Shipping and Delivery

days, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that
are outside of our control.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number.

24 hours after you receive your tracking number, type your tracking number

The tracking may not show an available package within the first 24 hours
because the system has to update.

Think your order is lost?

Please give the tracking number time to update.

If your item still has not been delivered within 30 days, please contact us
immediately so we can solve the issue.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped already, we will try our best to change the
shipping address.

Send us an email with the new order details and we will check if modifications can be made to your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

Returns and Refunds

What's your Return and Refund Policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their
original packaging.

However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or
damaged through normal use or misuse. This includes customized items.
